Luke Shabro is a national security innovator and U.S. Navy veteran with over 20 years of experience spanning military intelligence, wargaming, strategy and concept development, and defense innovation.
Luke served as the Director of ISR Programs for the Southwest Mission Acceleration Center and previously as the Army Growth Lead for Defense Unicorns. He also spent over eight years as a U.S. Army Civilian within TRADOC and Army Futures Command, where he led wargaming, foresight, and the Army Mad Scientist Initiative.
Luke has built his career around connecting innovators, operators, and decision-makers to deliver real capability at speed. He’s passionate about helping companies navigate defense engagement with authenticity and strategic precision.
